Creative Nurture Workshop
Mindset | Movement | Diet | Breath

Creativity is a force that is innate in all of us, but it requires certain things to be nurtured in order for it to flow as it wants. How much it flows will dictate to some degree the joy and quality of life as a whole as it applies not only to creative endeavours but to everyday life as well. The intention with this workshop is to shed some light on the pillars that best support creative flow.

The workshop will include a Breathwork session to demonstrate the power of this tool, the instant results it yields and the impact it has on our physical chemistry, mental state and creative flow, with immediate effect.
