Dear students,

the conflict in Ukraine has deeply impacted many of you. It might be hard to concentrate on your studies at the moment because there is just so much on your mind. The conflict might bring up a lot of fear and worries in you, trigger traumas or make you feel helpless. Whatever it is the Catalyst community is here to support you.

That is why I am hosting a sharing circle that is solely focused on supporting each other, talking about ways to cope, and providing a space to be listened to.

Please note this is not a space for political or military discussions! Instead, it is all about giving and receiving some support, empathy, and care to and from your fellow students.

The event will take place on campus on Thursday, 10^th Mar at 5.30pm. The room will be announced closer to the date.
