Every year we schedule classes during Berlinale to allow filmmakers & actors time to attend the Film Festival, European Film Market (EFM), Talents Programme and satellite events around Berlin. This year due to Corona the festival has been split into two and moved, with the EFM & Talents in March (online) and the film festival in June. We still want to make the most of this time that's been rescheduled so we've made a mini festival just for you! Everything is happening online & open for networking and connecting. 

What’s happening?

• Remote Control: online filmmaking competition with students from Catalyst & Screenology (UK)
• The Catalyst Critique: dissect, discuss & review selected films 
• Show & Tell: facilitated Work in Progress feedback session
• Masters in Class: Catalyst’s MA Film students present their projects
• Guest Sessions x3 (including two exclusive screenings)
• Screening & Awards party: for the remote filmmaking competition!
