Hygiene Protocol Update

The infection dynamic regarding corona and specifically Omicron, has evolved in the past weeks and as such Germany is now taking steps to reduce the impact of restrictions.

As of the 4th of March, restaurants returned to 3G (from2G+), and clubs have open their doors under 2G+ and without masks. From the 20th of March, a further reduction of regulations is expected across many areas of public life.

As such, the hygiene protocol has been adjusted to make in-person classes more possible within the 3G (vaccinated, recovered, tested) system.

While many of our third year students have already begun having more classes on site, we will ensure that all classes will be returning to in person delivery by the 20th of March.

I'm personally really excited to welcome you and our back to our classrooms, and to see things slowly returning to normal, at a time when we likely all need some hope and energy for the future.

If you have any questions please feel free to speak with your programme leads and tutors, who will be co-ordinating this return with you directly.

One small side note. Additional rooms have been added to the booking system. Students in FP, SA, and VFX will now find the Co-Mingle, Co-Lab 3, and Matrix available outside of class time. Students on the EMP programme will find the EMP Lab available.
